What we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, city, delivery address, optional email, optional note and the products you chose.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or through the contact and newsletter forms.
We do not take card or bank details on this website. Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery.
How we use it
- To confirm your order with you, dispatch it and arrange delivery with the courier.
- To handle warranty, returns and support requests.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Each message can be declined.
Who sees it
Our team and the courier delivering your parcel see the details needed for delivery. We do not sell your information. WhatsApp is run by Meta and follows its own privacy policy.
On your device
Your cart, wishlist and display choices (such as light or dark mode) are saved in your browser on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
