If something is wrong with your order, we sort it out with you directly.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Check the parcel when it arrives. If the product is damaged or does not work, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo or short video, and we arrange the next step.
Warranty claims
Keyboards, mice and headsets carry a 1-year official AULA warranty. The RGB mouse pad is covered for 1 month; other mouse pads are not covered by warranty.
Send your order number, the serial number from the product or box and a description of the problem. You can also verify your serial first on the warranty check page.
