Orders

An order is placed when you submit the checkout form or message us, and it is confirmed once we contact you on WhatsApp or by phone with the exact model and colour. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil, for example when a model is out of stock, and we tell you straight away.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and can change without notice. The price you confirm with us is the price you pay. Payment is Cash on Delivery to the courier.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery time and any charge are confirmed before dispatch. See shipping & delivery.

Returns and warranty

Keyboards, mice and headsets have a 1-year warranty; the RGB mouse pad has 1 month and other mouse pads have none. Faulty, damaged and warranty cases are handled as described on the returns & warranty page. Please check your parcel on arrival and keep the box and serial number.
