FAQ
Questions about the F-X5 RGB
Quick answers about the product, ordering, delivery and warranty.
Still have a question?
Message us and a real person replies with an answer for this exact model.
Ask on WhatsAppHow big is the F-X5?
It measures 800 x 300 mm and is 4 mm thick, which gives a keyboard and a mouse space on the same pad.
How does the lighting work?
An RGB light runs around the edge of the pad, with 14 lighting modes in seven colours. The listings do not say how the modes are switched, so message us on WhatsApp and we will check the control for you.
How is it powered?
Over USB. It is plug and play, with a detachable 1.8 m cord, so there is no software to install.
Can I wipe it clean?
The black cloth surface is listed as waterproof, so a damp cloth is enough. The base is rubber and does not slip on the desk.
Can it charge my phone?
A few retailer listings mention 5W, 7.5W or 10W charging output, but AULA's own listings and most retailers do not, and we have not confirmed it. Ask us on WhatsApp before you buy it for that.
What is the price?
Prices move with stock, so we confirm today's price for this exact model and colour before anything is sent. Message us on WhatsApp or place an order and we call you with the total.
How do I order?
Add it to your cart and go to checkout with your name, mobile number and address. We call or message you to confirm the price and delivery, and you pay when it arrives. You can follow your order on the Track order page, or simply message us the model name on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
We deliver across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery, so you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Delivery time and any delivery charge depend on your city, and we confirm both with you before dispatch.
Does it come with a warranty?
Keyboards, mice and headsets come with a 1-year official AULA warranty. The RGB mouse pad has a 1-month warranty and other mouse pads have none. For a claim, send us your order number and the serial number from the product or box. You can also check a serial number first on our warranty check page.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not working, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo or short video, and we arrange the next step with you.
Is this a genuine AULA product?
Yes. We supply original AULA stock, and you can send us the serial number to verify it.
