At 3 mm it is thinner than a cushioned pad, so it feels firmer under the hand and hardly lifts the keyboard.

FAQ
Questions about the MP-XL
Quick answers about the product, ordering, delivery and warranty.
Still have a question?
Message us and a real person replies with an answer for this exact model.
Ask on WhatsAppHow big is the MP-XL?
It measures 900 x 400 mm (90 x 40 cm) and is 3 mm thick. That is enough for a full-size keyboard and a mouse side by side, with room left to move the mouse.
Will it work with my mouse sensor?
Yes. It is rated for both optical and laser sensors. The top is a speed-type polyester fabric made for a fast, smooth glide.
Will it slide around on my desk?
It should not. The underside is anti-slip rubber that grips wood, glass and metal desks. If it creeps, wipe the desk and the pad and press it flat from the centre outwards.
Can I roll it up?
Yes. It rolls up for carrying or storage and lies flat again. The stitched edges stop the fabric from fraying.
Does it have RGB lighting?
No. The MP-XL is a plain black pad with a blue AULA graphic, so it has no lighting and no cable.
How do I clean it?
The fabric surface wipes clean. Retailers do not describe it as machine washable, so we suggest a damp cloth.
What is the price?
Prices move with stock, so we confirm today's price for this exact model and colour before anything is sent. Message us on WhatsApp or place an order and we call you with the total.
How do I order?
Add it to your cart and go to checkout with your name, mobile number and address. We call or message you to confirm the price and delivery, and you pay when it arrives. You can follow your order on the Track order page, or simply message us the model name on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
We deliver across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery, so you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Delivery time and any delivery charge depend on your city, and we confirm both with you before dispatch.
Does it come with a warranty?
Keyboards, mice and headsets come with a 1-year official AULA warranty. The RGB mouse pad has a 1-month warranty and other mouse pads have none. For a claim, send us your order number and the serial number from the product or box. You can also check a serial number first on our warranty check page.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not working, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo or short video, and we arrange the next step with you.
Is this a genuine AULA product?
Yes. We supply original AULA stock, and you can send us the serial number to verify it.
